The value for money was excellent, the room was clean, stylish, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. the rooms were lovely, spotless, and very well presented. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. Secondly, the hotel's location close to Ahaus's town center was convenient, and being next to the pub added to the overall experience. Lastly, the breakfast buffet offered a good selection, and I particularly enjoyed the crispy bacon.

All in all, everything was great during my stay at this hotel.

I particularly liked the fact that there were 4 cups of coffee, 2 bottles of water, and 2 bags of chips included in the room price. The location was perfect for my needs. It was close to the city center which made it easy for me to get to my appointments. I found that being able to manage the room's lights and air conditioning via an i-pad on the wall was quite fun.

While my stay was mostly pleasant, there were a few disadvantages that I experienced. The check-in process required the installation of a specific app, which took a few minutes of my time.

The large "fridge" in the room was a great feature, and the mini-bar was included in the price, stocked with drinks and snacks.

There was a lack of clear instructions in English for the tech in the room, which made it a bit confusing. It would have been helpful to have someone available to assist guests who are not tech-savvy.

Everything was fine.

This hotel is the perfect place for a holiday retreat. The rooms are clean and well presented, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a fantastic time with the electronic control of everything, cool lighting, and free goodies in the fridge. The pub downstairs was great, with friendly staff, good food, and darts. It was the perfect spot to celebrate New Year's Eve, and we enjoyed the smell of the shampoo and body gel. The hotel's location was also very convenient, and we found it easy to get around the area.

There were a few things we didn't appreciate. dealing with the unused money from the Chayns card was hard to recover.
